Vadmark was launched in September 2006 to provide a complete advertising market that caters for both image and text based Internet advertising. It has been designed to offer unparalleled services, control, transparency, security and information.

In April 2007 a new version of Vadmark was released. This version was built from the ground up and features a range of additional features to make buying and selling advertising in the marketplace easier.
